Crest Nicholson, along with David Wilson homes, have commenced work on the highly anticipated development of Hunts Grove, the first phase of Hunts Grove, a new community south of Gloucester adjacent to the rural edge of the city.
The development will include:
- a total of 1,750 new homes
- a Village Centre with shops and community facilities
- extensive sports and leisure facilities including a pavilion
- a new primary school
- supporting infrastructure including new bus route and cycleway
Hunts Grove will work as a consortium development bringing together the expertise of Crest Nicholson and other leading partners to provide residents and the local community with a highly attractive, sustainable community.
