The Government continues to set the bar ever higher in terms of low carbon homes. We must deliver – and in a way that ensure all of our homeowners benefit from warm homes, and lower fuel costs.

“In the properties at Whitstone Hundred, for example, we have installed heat exchangers, which draw the used air into vents in the ceiling, clean it, before then putting it back into the atmosphere. In addition, the properties benefit from a high standard of wall and loft insulation and there are compost bins/water butts provided in the gardens.”
