More than 35 hectares of open space will be provided, including 7.6 hectares of playing fields, and the linked Shorn Brook Park. The areas of open space will be maintained by Crest Nicholson in the early years before being handed over to Stroud District Council or other nominated Authority for their eventual adoption. Other incidental areas of open space and landscaping will be incorporated into each housing area.
