stroud district council local plan
The Stroud District Local Plan was adopted in November 2005. It identifies Hunts Grove as the Districts major mixed-use development with approximately1,750 dwellings. Phasing will be between 2008 and 2016 which will bring employment, a local village centre with shops, services, community and educational facilities together with new sports facilities and extensive areas of public open space.
